This policy explains what data LiveFrame processes and how.
When you send a photo, the image is uploaded into your own Wix Media Manager, where you own and control it. Our relay keeps only a reference to that image (its media URL) plus its caption, mood, approximate location label, and an extracted colour palette, scoped to your Wix app install, along with a list of your slot names. The relay does not retain a copy of the image itself, nor your name, email, or Wix account credentials.
Your images live permanently in your Wix Media Manager until you remove them there. The small reference records on our relay persist while the app is installed and are deleted — along with your slot names — when you uninstall the app.
Location is captured on your phone only if you grant permission. When you opt in, your device's coordinates are sent from your phone to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to look up a human-readable place name. Only that resulting place name is sent to and stored by our relay — the relay itself does not receive or retain your raw GPS coordinates.
We use Cloudflare (relay hosting and KV storage) and Wix (app platform and media hosting) as sub-processors. Reverse geocoding uses OpenStreetMap Nominatim, called directly from your phone.
Under UK GDPR you may request deletion of your data at any time — uninstalling the app purges it automatically. For other requests, contact us.
